This program is designed to help you cut mostly water weight before a competition. Our bodies are 60% water so you have lots of weight to lose. Ive cut weight many times since high school. With wrestling and only have 2 hours to recover from weight cuts. I made this so I can help the people in need! i used to cut horribly wrong and would never be able to get back to my normal weight and caused me world records. I wish i had known all this info before i was competing for world records.
The RE FEED! is by far the most important part, and hardest in my opinion. I have everything written down step by step, when i use this program to cut im so confident because ive done it many times before and it never fails me. it honestly amazes me how easy the weright comes off.
